The Pike County Farmers Market Association shall in no manner be held responsible for injuries or accidents to the growers/sellers, the grower’s/seller’s property, or anyone working on the grower’s/seller’s behalf.

Hold harmless and indemnification; vendor agrees to protect market organizers from any legal or financial liability in case of accidents or incidents at the market.

Any out-of-state produce must be identified and clearly marked as to where it comes from. (Example: Georgia peaches)

A seller at the market understands that it is his/her responsibility to provide a paper copy of the Grower/Seller agreement to anyone who is either selling for the grower/seller. Additionally, the grower/seller is responsible for making sure that they read and understand ALL rules and regulations contained within this document.
